• All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• A job is considered accepted when you confirm in writing or ask us to begin work.

• Quotes include only the work specified. Any additional work will be treated as a variation.

2. Variations

Variations may include:

• Additional areas to be painted

• Changes to colours or finishes

• Repairs discovered during preparation

• Extra labour or materials required

We will discuss variations with you and provide updated pricing before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices may be issued at agreed stages or on completion.

• Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.

5. Materials & Workmanship

All work is completed with care, skill, and attention to detail.

You are responsible for choosing colours unless colour consultation is included.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship.
If you have concerns about the finish, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess and remedy the issue.

This warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Damage caused by moisture, leaks, or structural issues

• Damage caused by others after completion

7. Cancellations or Delays

If you need to postpone or cancel work, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes.

If delays occur due to weather, access issues, or unforeseen conditions, we may adjust the schedule.

8. Liability & Insurance

We take reasonable care to protect your property.
We are fully insured for residential painting work.

We are not liable for:
